Acceptance of terms

By accessing our websites, submitting a form, or using any Black Sector platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of services

Black Sector Technology provides managed digital infrastructure and operating platforms, including hosting, digital identity, social operations, secure storage, sales outreach, and business operations tooling. The specific services provided to you are defined in your service agreement or order.

Accounts and access

Certain services require an account or workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Fees and payment

Services are provided under the pricing and payment terms set out in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are recurring, billed in advance, and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed.

Intellectual property

Black Sector Technology and its licensors retain all rights in the platforms, software, and content we provide. You retain rights in the content and data you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate and deliver the services to you.

Third-party platforms

Some services link to or operate through platform environments at their own subdomains or domains. Your use of those platforms may be subject to additional terms presented within them.

Service availability

We work to keep the services available and reliable, including through monitoring and maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may perform scheduled maintenance or make changes to the services.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Sector Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violation of these Terms or as set out in your agreement. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to the terms of your order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
