Our position on selling data

Black Sector Technology does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of a data sale. We use information to operate our business, deliver the services you request, and communicate with you — not to sell your data to third parties for their own marketing.

What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under some privacy laws, including in California, "sale" and "sharing" are defined broadly and can include certain disclosures of personal information, such as sharing identifiers with analytics or advertising partners. Where those activities apply, you have the right to opt out.

Your right to opt out

You can opt out of any sharing of your personal information that may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law. You can also withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time.

How to submit a request

To submit an opt-out or other privacy request, email privacy@blacksector.net with your name, the email address associated with your request, and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority and of your identity before processing the request.
